If you’ve found your way here, there’s a good chance something hasn’t felt right for a while.
You may be living with akathisia, experiencing withdrawal, or searching for support as your nervous system struggles to heal. You may be trying to make sense of symptoms that feel overwhelming, confusing, or even frightening.
You might feel like no one truly understands what you're going through.
Well, my friend, I do. And you're in the right place.

I never imagined that one prescription would change my life.
What followed were years of severe medication injury, akathisia, relentless insomnia, and a nervous system that felt trapped in constant survival.
There were times I couldn’t sit still, couldn’t sleep, couldn’t think clearly, and couldn’t imagine a future. I wasn’t living. I was simply trying to survive each moment.
Over the years, I immersed myself in understanding the nervous system, trauma, medication injury, and the many different paths people have taken towards healing.
I learned not only through my own experience, but by supporting and learning from countless others around the world who were walking this same path.
Today, my life has hope again. I can laugh, travel, connect with people, and experience moments of peace that once felt impossible.
I’m still healing, but I’ve come far enough to reach back and walk beside others who are where I once was.
If you’re frightened, exhausted, and searching for someone who truly understands, I’d be honoured to walk alongside you.

There was a time when I truly believed my life was over.
For years, I lived with severe medication injury, akathisia, relentless insomnia, and a nervous system that never seemed to switch off. I searched everywhere for answers, often feeling misunderstood, frightened, and desperately alone.
What kept me going was the hope that somewhere, someone understood. Today, I want to be that person for others.
Over the years, I’ve immersed myself in understanding medication injury, withdrawal, the nervous system, trauma, and healing. Not just through my own experience, but also by listening to and learning from countless people around the world who are walking this same path.
If you choose to work with me, I’ll share everything I’ve learned. The approaches that helped me. The insights that brought me hope. The gentle practices that many others have found supportive.
Most importantly, you’ll have someone beside you who truly understands what you’re going through. You don’t have to carry this alone anymore.

Living with medication injury, withdrawal or akathisia can feel incredibly isolating.
My role is to help you better understand what’s happening, gently support your nervous system, and walk beside you through one of the hardest experiences
imaginable.
Together we can:
• Better understand your symptoms and why your nervous system may be reacting the way it is.
• Reduce fear by making sense of medication injury, withdrawal and akathisia.
• Explore gentle approaches that supported my own healing, and those I’ve learned through supporting countless others.
• Learn practical ways to calm and support an overwhelmed nervous system, at a pace that feels right for you.
• Work through the emotional impact of trauma, fear, grief and loss that often comes with medication injury.
• Rebuild hope, confidence and trust in your body’s remarkable ability to heal.
• Feel deeply understood by someone who has genuinely walked this path.
Every person’s journey is unique.
My role is to offer lived experience, education, compassionate support, and hope, while helping you discover what feels right for your own
healing.

Nicki’s vision is to create a place where people living with akathisia and medication withdrawal feel supported through every stage of their journey.
A space built on truth, integrity, and compassion.
A space where you don’t have to push or prove anything.
A space where holding on is enough.
If you’re here and things feel hard right now, you don’t need to have it all figured out.
You don’t need to rush.
You don’t even need to feel hopeful yet.
You just need to keep going, one moment at a time.
And if it helps, Nicki is here with you.
